A lot of owners & property managers alike have asked us if we can provide a “Rental Contract Management” service from within our system, so they can keep all their guest admin in One place. Finally, we got there albeit a little later than we would have liked! Our new Rental Contract Manager feature is now LIVE as of today the 1st October 2025! Specially, it’s FREE to use for all existing clients and new ones until the 31st December 2025 for only €40 per property per year.
What can Rental Contract Manager support you?
1. Activate per property with stay-length trigger:
Enable the service individually for each property and set a stay-length threshold.
E.g., for the Valencia region in Spain, the threshold is 10 nights – the system will automatically generate a rental contract for bookings lasting between 11 and 364 nights.
2. Contract-specific GRF:
Guests receive a Guest Registration Form designed specifically for rental contracts. The data they submit is automatically pushed into your contract template.
3. Two-party sign-on-glass with auto PDF:
Guests sign first, you review and counter-sign later. Once both sides have signed, the system automatically generates a PDF and updates the contract status in the Bookings page.
4. Flexible templates:
For Spain, we had our lawyers draw up a contract template which our clients can use (without any liability to us). Or you create and use your own, we can of course help you create your initial contract template with all the correct variable data fields in the correct places to make sure the data our rental contract specific secure Guest Registration Form (GRF) works perfectly.
5. Real-time tracking:
Two new columns are added in the Bookings section – Contract Status and Contract (download signed copy) for instant visibility and access.
Coming soon:
- Option to upload signature images in .png or .jpg format.
- A new feature for bulk WhatsApp and SMS sending is currently under development.
How to use this feature?
Effective immediately until December 31, 2025, the Rental Contract Manager feature is available free of charge to all GuestAdmin clients. As a result, it has been automatically integrated into your account.
